Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from BJJ Top Supplies. If for some reason you are not, we are willing to accept returns on products that are in resalable condition (with tags, free of odors, wrinkles and packaging undamaged) for a full 30 days from the day we ship your item(s). Please contact us prior to returning your purchase to obtain the required authorization.

Items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit upon approval. Please note: The return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. When returning an item, a 10% processing fee will deducted for all returns prior to a refund. If a promotional item was added to the order, the cost of that item will also be deducted from the total refunded. When exchanging an item, a second order will need to be placed for the replacement needed. This will help to expedite the process and insure you receive your replacement in a more timely manner. After the replacement order is placed and your return is received, a full refund, less shipping costs, will be issued back to your account.

We're passionate about offering a full line of gear to our customers. In order to maximize our selection, some of the items that we offer ship direct from the manufacturer. In the event that your item needs to be returned, we will work with the manufacturer directly to get your return set up.

How to Return Items:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account to begin the process. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received your request.

If you have not created an account with us, simply contact us through our site and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your information and contact you via email within 24 hours.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In order to protect the health and safety of our customers and maintain our unsurpassed quality standards, we are, regrettably, unable to accept returns on certain items, even in new, unopened condition. The following list includes many of the items we cannot accept for return, but is not comprehensive.
