A: Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the amount and/or weight of your order and is visible prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping choices along with pricing. As a benefit to our customers, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $49.00. Most orders placed before 1PM MST are shipped on the same day or as soon as payment is processed. A: Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

A: If you have created an account, you can make changes by logging in. If you prefer, you may contact us to make changes to or cancel your order. We will do our best to update your order while it is in the processing stage. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to alter it in any way.

A: If you are believe you are missing an item or your order has not arrived, please log in to your account by clicking on the link at the top of the page and verify the details of your order, including shipment tracking.
